The Story Behind the Name: Macondo is my favorite salsa bar in Seoul. It is a tiny place that you have to walk down two flights of stairs to get into. One night, as I stepped outside to cool off, one of the guys I danced with said to me, "You dance like a queen." Of any kind words a person could have said, his really resonated with me. It changed the way I see myself as a dancer, a teacher and a person. To Deco I am eternally grateful.

Salsa Queen Productions is a modest, one woman business that is dedicated to helping the Latin dance community grow wherever she lives. Adalia Ellis is the owner and CEO of Salsa Queen Productions. She teaches dance classes and is happy to collaborate with like minded people to organize and promote events that create a positive avenue for folks to come together and DANCE!!
